Most of what makes a stand look expensive is invisible in the render: straight joints, clean edges, hidden cables, lights that don’t flicker and screens that are flush with the wall. That is fabrication.
What fabrication covers
| Part | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Structure | Walls, frames, ceilings and raised floors, built in sections that travel and install quickly |
| Finishes | Paint, laminates, wood, acrylic and metal details, chosen for the look and for durability |
| Graphics | Printed walls, fabric graphics, lit signage and logos, cut lettering |
| Counters and displays | Reception desks, product plinths, showcases, storage rooms |
| Electrical and lighting | Distribution, sockets, LED strips, spotlights and lit features, to the venue’s electrical rules |
| Screens and LED | TV mounts and LED walls integrated into the structure, with power and playback planned. See LED screens. |
| Furniture and flooring | Seating, tables, carpet or raised flooring, plants and accessories |
Custom, modular or both
Custom-built stands give you any shape and finish. Modular systems use reusable frames and fabric or panels, which is faster and works well for repeat shows. Many stands mix the two: a modular structure with custom counters and a feature wall. We recommend the approach after we see the brief, the budget and how many shows you will do. The shell scheme vs custom guide explains the options.
On site: build-up, show days, dismantling
- Delivery. Everything arrives packed in the order it is installed, inside the venue’s delivery slots.
- Build-up. Our crew assembles the stand, connects power once the venue supplies it, and tests every light and screen.
- Handover. The stand is cleaned and handed to your team before the opening day, with a contact for anything urgent.
- Show support. We stay reachable to fix, adjust or swap content during the show.
- Dismantling. We take it down inside the breakdown window and leave the space as the organizer requires.
Proof in the details
The Saudi Flavor House stand combined rings of light in the ceiling, a gold column and three lit steel counters on 42 m². The Entalq stand at Biban 2025 fit a lounge, a neon floor line and an LED wall into 16 m². Browse all booth projects.
Fabrication questions
Can we keep the stand after the show?
Parts of most stands can be kept and reused, especially modular frames, counters and screens. Tell us at the start and we design for reuse.
Who connects the power?
The venue or organizer supplies the power connection to the stand, usually as a paid service ordered through the exhibitor manual. We do the stand’s internal electrical work and tell you what to order.
Can you add a hanging sign?
If the venue and organizer allow rigging at your stand, yes. Rigging is approved and often installed through the venue, so it has to be planned early.
