A stand for a Jeddah show is designed exactly like one for Riyadh. What changes is the logistics: everything travels across the country, the coastal humidity affects some materials and graphics, and the crew needs to be on site for the full build-up and show. How we plan a Jeddah stand
- Design around transport. Elements are sized and packed to travel well, with finishes that survive loading and unloading.
- Materials for the coast. We choose finishes and printing that hold up in humid air, and protect electronics in transit.
- Crew and timing. The crew travels to arrive before build-up opens, and stays through the show for support and the take-down.
- Local backup. Small items that are easy to source locally are bought in Jeddah to cut freight and risk.

Is it more expensive to build in Jeddah?
Transport, crew travel and accommodation are added, and we list them separately in the quote so you can see them. The stand itself is priced the same way as in Riyadh.
How early should we book for a Jeddah show?
Earlier than for Riyadh, because transport and travel add days to the schedule. Use our timeline guide and add the travel time.
