If your company is exhibiting in Riyadh, you need a stand contractor who knows the venues, works inside their build-up rules and is close enough to fix things on show days. That is the job we do, from our office in Al Yasmin.

Build-up rules that shape your stand
Every venue and every show has its own exhibitor manual, and the manual always wins. As an example of what to expect, the operations manual published by Riyadh Front (2022 edition) sets rules such as these:
- Contractors need valid licences, ID and the venue’s approval to work on site
- Stands are limited to a maximum construction height of 7 m
- Floor load is limited to 1,000 kg per m²
- Drilling into the floor is limited and must be supervised by the venue’s technical team
- Electrical work must follow the Saudi code and is checked by the venue’s engineer
- Work stops before midnight and resumes at 6 am during build-up
Check the current version. Rules change between editions and between shows. We always work from the exhibitor manual of your show and the venue’s latest manual, and we flag anything in your design that would break them.

Which Riyadh venues do you work at?
Riyadh Front, the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Center (Malham), the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center and hotel venues. If your show is somewhere else, tell us the venue and we will check its rules.
Can you visit our space before the show?
Where the venue allows it, yes. For most shows the floor plan and exhibitor manual are enough to design from; we visit when the space or the build is unusual.
Can you build overnight in a hotel?
Yes. Hotel builds usually have short load-in windows. We plan the stand to install fast; the Siemens Healthineers stand was built overnight in a ballroom.
