Privacy policy
This policy explains what bilievent (“we”) does with the information you send through bilievent.com. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
What we collect
- Details you enter in our forms: your name, company, email, phone, the event or project details and any files you upload.
- Technical information: the page you sent the form from, the page you first landed on, the referring website and campaign tags (UTM) if present, and your browser type.
- Analytics: if analytics is enabled on the site, anonymous usage information such as pages viewed and buttons clicked.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare proposals and quotes
- To deliver the services you ask for
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring requests, so we can improve the site
We do not sell your information.
Where it is kept
Form submissions are stored in the website’s database and emailed to our team. Uploaded files are stored in a private folder on the website server that is not publicly accessible, and are available only to logged-in staff.
Sharing
We share your information only when needed to deliver your request (for example with a supplier working on your project, or with an authority when you ask us to help with an application), or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep request details for as long as needed to handle the request and our business relationship, and delete them on request unless we must keep them by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, in line with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law. Email belal@bilievent.com.
Passports and sensitive documents
Please do not send passport copies or ID documents through our forms. If a service needs them, we arrange a secure way to share them.
