You don’t need to know pixel pitch or speaker models to brief us. Tell us the venue, the audience size and what has to happen on stage, and our technical team turns that into a specification and a quote. If you do know exactly what you need, the AVL request form has an advanced mode for that.
What AVL covers
Audio
PA systems, wireless handheld, lapel and headset mics, lectern and panel mics, music playback and mixing.
Lighting
Stage wash, ambient and uplighting, show lighting and light for cameras and streaming.
LED screens and video
Indoor and outdoor LED walls, screens, processors, switching and content playback. See LED screens.
Staging and rigging
Stages, risers, truss and rigging, planned with the venue’s rules and load limits.
Conference technology
Presenter confidence monitors, plus simultaneous interpretation, live streaming and recording arranged with specialist partners when the event needs them.
Show running
Technicians on site all day, and a show caller who cues sound, light and video to the run of show.
How we spec an event
- The room. Venue, dimensions, ceiling height, rigging points and power. A floor plan helps.
- The audience. How many people, where they sit or stand, and how far the back row is from the stage.
- The content. Speeches, panels, videos, live music, presentations, a reveal moment.
- The schedule. Setup time, rehearsals, show times and the take-down window.
- The proposal. A setup that fits all four, a quote, and a technical plan we share with the venue.
Small, medium or large?
If you are early in planning, pick a rough scale in the request form: a meeting room or booth, a ballroom or conference hall, or a main stage or outdoor site. It is only a starting point. The actual specification comes from the room, the audience and the content, not from a fixed package.
AVL in our projects
- The Visa roundtable in Riyadh: one LED wall with the Visa city skyline over a long boardroom table.
- The Entalq booth at Biban 2025: an LED wall for the agency reel inside a 16 m² stand.
- The Eid Al-Adha photo book: staff photos landing on a giant LED book as signed Eid cards.
- The Yamama Cement mosaic: every photo became a tile on a large LED wall.
AVL questions
Do you provide technicians with the equipment?
Yes. Our crew sets up, tests and runs the equipment during the event, and takes it down after.
Can you work with the venue’s in-house AV?
Yes. We can combine the venue’s house system with the equipment we bring, and coordinate with the venue’s technical team on power and rigging.
Do you do outdoor events?
Yes. Outdoor setups need weather-rated screens, higher brightness and more power planning; mention it in the request.
Can you stream or record the event?
We can arrange it as part of the AVL setup, with specialist partners where needed. Tell us the platform and how many cameras you need.
